Fritzøe Eiendom
The historical Fritzøe works are being filled with new, creative businesses.
After an extensive zoning process, Fritzøe Eiendom is making good progress on converting the former iron works at Fritzøe Verk in Hammerdalen into a new urban district. The area has already become an attractive site for a range of artistic and cultural activities, as well as new, knowledge-based businesses.
By 2010, investments totalling NOK 600 million had been made to restore and re-develop the company’s properties in Larvik.
